Jonah Matranga

I've been a fan of Jonah's work as long as I can remember. Far, onelinedrawing, New End Original and Gratitude (the project that I had such high hopes for that never panned out). He's one of the most honest, sincere artists alive. He's been selling his merch on a sliding scale forever, he's even letting you custom make albums of his work (or covers you want to hear him play). He's also been known to rock a vicous EPMD shirt. Check out what we had to say about Volunteers.

Now he's releasing a DVD/CD of his best work, recorded live and selling it for $12.99. C'maaaaan. Why wouldn't you buy this?

It's out on Equal Vision Records:
"The CD contains some of his greatest songs, recorded live, all on one CD. The DVD features two live shows (one in a living room, one in a rock club) and 11 videos (with optional commentary by Jonah) by director XDOANEX, one for each song off of the excellent Onelinedrawing album The Volunteers."

Take a sneak peak of the live recording of Luke Warm.

Jonah is currently on tour with herohill favorite, Ian Love. If you are on the East Coast and can hit one of these shows, I don't like you.
