God damn. Saskatchewan is a long, flat province. It was almost like we were in a Saturday Night Live skit when they kept the same background scrolling. We drove 1000 KM and ended up getting to Manitoba. SK has lots to offer - wheat, flat land, cattle, trucks, and road kill.

I kid, as it was a peaceful drive and Nic and I spent long hours just staring off into the vast openness of the Land of the Living Skies. It was so open that the exhaust from a jet plane looked like a huge tear in the baby blue fabric that was the sky.
