HAHA, yes.
Well, both: It’s English and French at the same time (as the saying goes, the only bilingual places in the country are Ottawa and Moncton, etc), it takes the piss out of itself with the kitsch factor. it both celebrates and lampoons hip-hop, it is pure fun. They’re great.
