A quick perusal of the hill will show I’ve always enjoyed the work of Halifax’s multi-talented A.A. Wallace, so news of an impending debut full-length release in May is welcome news indeed.

As a taste of what’s to come, A.A. has released a new single entitled This Can Heal in original and extra remixy flavours via his Bandcamp, and you can see a rather cool live video of the song below via A.A. and the folks at Noisography. This Can Heal picks up where Offline left off, with A.A.’s singing about the pleasures of pain over a layered but subtle electronic backdrop of synths and drums. It’s great stuff and has me looking forward to his debut record which the good folks at Acadian Embassy will be releasing as a 12″ vinyl.

How about we get you excited for the record as well, shall we? A.A. and the Embassy have graciously made 5 Flexi Disc copies of This Can Heal available to our readers, so just comment below (with your email address) email us (email deets on the Contact page, mention A.A. Wallace in your email) or RT this post when you see us mention it on the ol’ Twitter box. Do it, it’s free, you want one!
