GREAT CANADIAN BAGEL

From: Mario
To: Great Canadian Bagel
Date: 5/1/2002

(message)
Hi, I am planning to open a bagel shop called the "Grate Canadian Bagel". I know yours is called the "Great Canadian Bagel", sounds the same but 2 different ways to spell great/grate. My store will have grated cheese on all the bagels, so my question is, will your company sue me over this name? I registered the name, but will you guys do anything on your end? Just like to know, thanks.
Mario

Mario,
You would clearly be infringing on our trademark name, and we will go to the courts to seek an injunction against you opening a store with this name.
Regards,
Ed Kwiatkowski
President, The Great Canadian Bagel, Ltd.

Back to Celeb Mail

Tell me this, do you like email? Don't even answer, I know you do. How about celebrities? Again, I know the answer is yes. Here at Herohill we know you like email and celebs, so we've put them together in one mind blowing section: the world famous Herohill celeb mail.

Celeb Mail was spawned from Mario's interest in emailing various celebrities. The rest of us quickly followed Mario's lead and we present the results here for your amusement. Everything you read here is real. We didn't make it up and we didn't change anything.
Enjoy.
